يهدف تطبيق هيرز إلى تسهيل حياة الصم و ضعاف السمع، حيث يعلم المستخدمين بالخطر المحتمل عن طريق اهتزاز الجهاز عند حدوث اى صوت اعلى من مستوى الصوت المختار. يساعد التطبيق المستخدمين على الاتصال بالاخرين بتوفير خدمة تغير النص إلى محادثة و تغير المحادثة إلى نص. hEARS application aims to facilitate the lives of deaf and hearing impaired people. It notifies users of potential danger by vibrating when loud sounds above specified threshold are detected. It also assists users in communicating by providing speech to text and text to speech functionalities.
